- Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and professional advisers.
- Arrange and manage property maintenance and repair works.
- Conduct inspections and provide detailed quarterly reports.
- Perform pre-tenancy checks to ensure properties are tenancy-ready.
- Address and resolve landlord and tenant complaints.
- Advise landlords on necessary maintenance and improvement works.
- Coordinate repairs by liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants.
- Schedule and ensure completion of gas safety checks.
- Oversee tenancy deposit returns and administer DPS claims.
- Provide ongoing support for landlord and tenant queries.
- Collaborate with lettings negotiators to streamline processes.
- Stay updated on legal requirements, revising terms, agreements, and forms accordingly.
- Manage ad-hoc tasks, queries, and email correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records in the company database.
- Oversee key management and invoice processing.
- Uphold company standards by representing the brand professionally and adhering to best practices.
- Support the team with additional duties as required.
- Salary: £30,000–£37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Bonus: Discretionary bonus for non-fee earners.
- Holiday: 21 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year (up to 28 days), plus discretionary leave over Christmas and New Year.
