Property Manager - Limehouse

£30,000 - £40,000 (Depending on Experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Opening pre tenancy files (taking up references, arranging inventories, gas safety certs & EPC's).
  • Raising rental agreements
  • ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Dealing with property maintenance.
  • Collection of rents. Payments to landlords
  • Keep up to date with lettings legislation.
