Property ManagerNorth West London £40,000-£45,000We are working on behalf of a leading, independent property group who are recruiting for a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Greater London.This position will play a crucial role in maintaining property standards, ensuring legal compliance and fostering strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and landlords.Working hours Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Fridays 9am-1pm. Key Responsibilities* Working within the property management team * Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Greater London* Ensure all properties are fully compliant with current laws and regulations* Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors, and other stakeholders* Handle maintenance issues, schedule inspections, and coordinate necessary repairs* Oversee rent collection and manage property-related financials* Prepare, review, and negotiate tenancy agreements and leases* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation and reports* Liaise with external agencies and regulatory bodies when requiredKey Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years' experience in a property management role* In-depth knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office SuiteA fabulous opportunity for a Property Manager seeking a local opportunity in North West London.
