Property Manager - Client side (Major Developer / Housing Association) - 4 x new build sites / Home based - c£50k

We’re working with the in-house management arm of one of the UK’s largest Developers & Housing Associations, responsible for the design and build of communities UK wide.

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join their in-house Property Management team managing 5 x new build estates as follows:

  • Almost entirely home based with a focus on site visits (once monthly meetings at Head office in Central London)
  • 5 x large new build estates, all located in SE London and all designed, built and retained for management in house
  • ATPI / AIRPM preferred
  • Undertaking the full range of duties from budget setting to insurance and major works, with an overriding focus on resident satisfaction
  • This is a client side role with no risk of site loss, hence the focus on outstanding customer service, accountability and thoroughness.
  • Visibility on site essential, both in terms of managing contractors and providing good service levels to residents
  • Incredibly well supported role (our client has a very large structure containing competent accounts, administrative and assistant property managers to ensure you are able to provide the very best service possible)
  • Outstanding career path and job security with a genuine focus on resident care and quality management
  • Driving license/car beneficial but not essential - the sites are all located in/around SE London with excellent access via public transport.

Suitable Property Manager’s will need a minimum of 3 years leasehold experience, a stable career history, a desire to progress their career long term and outstanding communication skills.

Salary will start around £50k with an extensive benefits package including generous pension, healthcare and annual leave entitlement.
