Property Manager (Junior) - North London, Friern Barnet 25k - 27k.

Working for a leading property management company that specialises is residential bock management, you will work with an experienced property manager to ensure that 15 residential blocks are well maintained and that residents receive top quality service.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Property Manager to join a block management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in property management. The successful candidate will assist in the management of residential blocks, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that residents receive top-quality service.

You will answer the phone to residents that have any maintenance, repair or redecoration queries, understanding the requirement and allocating it to the correct subcontractor, while staying in touch with the tenant to arrange visits and to keep them aware of the timetable for completion of works.

Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of residential blocks.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely completion.
  • Dealing with residents in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure properties are in good condition.
  • Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Support the Senior Property Manager with administrative tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full Driving license preferred
  • Prior experience is required
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
