Property Manager (Hybrid portfolio - Block & Private) - Fulham (Hybrid) - up to £40k

We’re working with a long established, highly prestigious Property Company who specialise in the restoration, refurbishment and management of high-end Property across London and parts of Europe.

They are not a managing agent, but do provide selective leasehold management services as part of their wider property offering.

With a Head office based in SW London, they now seek a Property Manager as follows:

  • Hybrid working reporting in to a Fulham office as required
  • Joining a small but close knit and highly professional team managing a portfolio of local high end properties for a range of private & developer clients
  • Focused primarily on the upkeep/maintenance/restoration of buildings with some standard block management duties as required (i.e. some budget setting, resident queries - not a lot)
  • In addition to a very small block portfolio, you will also manage the upkeep of a prime London private portfolio (excluding rental matters - again the focus is on maintenance/repairs, not tenancy management)
  • Blocks Managed tend to be small (max 12 units), long held and in very good financial order (hence the focus being on maintenance/upkeep)
  • Scope to bring on additional blocks if you wish, providing they fit the company’s profile
  • Excellent systems and administrative support
  • Encouragement and funding for ATPI

The position might suit a Property Manager from a mixed LET/AST background, or an Assistant Property Manager keen to focus on the building fabric elements of Property (as opposed to financial or legal). Our client is open in this regard and has stated their desire for the "right fit" as opposed to just a technically competent block manager.

Salary can start around £40k with exciting long term career opportunities enabling diversification in to high end project management and building restoration.
