We are working with a highly-reputable estate agency based in Westminster, that are looking to add an interim property manager to their growing property management team for a period of approximately 3 months.
Our client is seeking an experienced property professional who can quickly adapt, communicate effectively, and build relationships with landlords and tenants alike.
This interim vacancy has arisen due to a struggling portfolio that needs immediate attention following an expansion in their company portfolio. While it's a temporary role, it offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic, award-winning team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a property portfolio of between 120-150 properties
- Effectively liaising with landlords and tenants to help maintain the client's award-winning reputation
- Collaborating with your team to deliver the highest quality of service
- Assisting with property maintenance, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Overseeing invoice management and processing
- Handling deposit negotiation and distribution
