Residential Portfolio Manager, London, £50,000 - £55,000 plus excellent benefits to include an annual bonus An opportunity has arisen to join High End Residential organisation to oversee two large portfolios working in partnership with the Estate Lead at each location. This opportunity is offered as a Monday - Friday role and you will be joining a successful Residential arm of this organisation with growth plans in Q4 into 2025. The role will involve the following:* Providing support to the on-site leads at each location who oversees the day and night concierge teams * Analysis of current service levels and improvements to be made to ensure "best in class service to the residents" * Identification for training needs for all team members and the implementation of training and development programs*The delivering of those service improvements working closely with the on-site Leaders * Establishing a complete overview of all amenities and how they are managed currently, recommending if required solutions to improve service standards * To be commercially aware of budgets, service charge and monthly management of the accounts working with the leads at each location * To have an oversight of any Residents complaints ensuring they are resolved in a timely way In return the business will offer a competitive salary, excellent company benefits to include and annual bonus as well as career progression opportunities.Key attributes to be a success in this position include the following:* Immaculate presentation* Articulate communication skills, both written and verbal* The desire to lead from the front with a coaching management style * Ability to manage change effectively * Ability to foster a one team approach * A good understanding of Five Star Service * Curious nature to always what to evolve service Ideally you will have a quality residential / hotel background with Five Star Experience overseeing a high performing team. Implementation of new services standards would be also advantageous.
