- Oversee the full sales progression journey, ensuring all stages from reservation through to exchange and completion are handled seamlessly.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking key milestones and identifying potential issues before they arise.
- Act as a liaison between developers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and buyers to keep all parties aligned and transactions moving forward.
- Proactively monitor legal and financial processes, following up where necessary to avoid delays.
- Prepare valuation evidence and mortgage valuation packs.
- Attend property surveys to assist with relevant documentation and provide key information to surveyors.
- Serve as the primary contact for buyers, providing clear guidance and regular updates at each stage of their purchase.
- Keep developers up to date on the progress of each sale, flagging any risks, delays, or outstanding matters.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to ensure smooth handovers and a consistently high-quality customer journey.
