They are looking for a Sales Operations Manager.Contract: Full time | Permanent Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pmSalary: Depending one experience the salary ranges from £32,000 - £37,000Sales Progression CoordinatorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to take responsibility for coordinating and managing the entire sales process within a busy property environment. This role involves working closely with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal processes.This position would suit someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once — all while ensuring buyers, developers, and legal teams are kept fully informed throughout the process.Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination & Pipeline Management:
  • Oversee the full sales progression journey, ensuring all stages from reservation through to exchange and completion are handled seamlessly.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking key milestones and identifying potential issues before they arise.
  • Act as a liaison between developers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and buyers to keep all parties aligned and transactions moving forward.
  • Proactively monitor legal and financial processes, following up where necessary to avoid delays.
  • Prepare valuation evidence and mortgage valuation packs.
  • Attend property surveys to assist with relevant documentation and provide key information to surveyors.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the primary contact for buyers, providing clear guidance and regular updates at each stage of their purchase.
  • Keep developers up to date on the progress of each sale, flagging any risks, delays, or outstanding matters.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to ensure smooth handovers and a consistently high-quality customer journey.
Required Skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and problem-solving approach.
  • Prior experience in property sales progression.
