With a strong presence in major financial and business hubs worldwide, the firm consistently handles complex, high-profile matters for an impressive roster of multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government entities.The RoleThe team advises on all types of complex, high-value real estate transactions and projects from single assets to multi-jurisdictional portfolio deals and urban regeneration projects, across all asset classes including offices, logistics, retail, build to rent, hotels & leisure, infrastructure and energy. As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with market-leading partners and play a key role in delivering exceptional legal advice to a prestigious client base.Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and advising on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects.
  • Acting for high-profile clients, including institutional investors, developers, and multinational corporations.
  • Leading negotiations and coordinating with multiple stakeholders across transactions.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and fostering client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in commercial real estate, ideally gained at a top-tier law firm.
  • Strong technical skills and a proven ability to handle complex transactions.
  • A strong academic record with a minimum of a 2:1 university degree.
