Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with an Estate Management firm who specialise with management of high-end buildings across Central London. They are looking for a Senior Block Manager to join their team! This role would suit someone who has prior experience dealing with high net worth Tenants and Clients within the Central London market.Duties/Requirements of the Role

  • Oversee and manage large, complex property developments.
  • Foster strong client relationships and maintain regular communication.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing workloads with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Stay informed on the latest Government regulations and guidelines, as well as industry standards.
  • Review and negotiate service contracts, establish service levels, identify preventive maintenance needs, and approve expenditures within established guidelines (ensuring compliance with Section 20 thresholds for works and long-term agreements).
  • Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports.
  • Perform routine risk assessments on all properties within your portfolio.
  • Review and act on Health and Safety reports (including fire risk assessments, water hygiene, asbestos, and lift engineering) and coordinate necessary corrective actions in collaboration with the client.
  • Collaborate with Health and Safety consultants and contractors when required.
  • Attend client meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
  • Prepare and manage Service Charge budgets.

Requirements of the role:

  • At least 2 years' prior experience working as a Block Manager.
  • IRPM/TPI Qualification would be an advantage.
  • Experience working with high net worth clientele.
  • Applicants must be well presented, well spoken with excellent communication skills.
  • A positive approach to work.
  • No driving licence needed as all Blocks are within the Central London area.
