I am currently recruiting for an established and successful private London based property investment and development company. With a portfolio of over 800 properties, you will be joining a dynamic and vibrant team of 3 based on site as a Senior Commercial Lettings Negotiator.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Commercial Lettings Negotiator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process for a portfolio of commercial properties, from initial inquiry through to lease completion. This role requires a proactive individual with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the commercial property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process for commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants and landlords.
  • Prepare and review lease agreements and related documentation.
  • Maintain and update property listings and marketing materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about current market trends and property values.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Lettings Negotiator or similar role.
  • Professional and presentable
  • In-depth knowledge of the commercial property market.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
