Are you an experienced Shared Ownership Sales Consultant with a passion for New Homes? We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our fun and growing team at a dynamic new homes agency in North London!

About the Role: As a Shared Ownership New Homes Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for guiding buyers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to completion. You'll work closely with potential homeowners, explaining the shared ownership model and ensuring they find the perfect home to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the sales process for shared ownership properties, from inquiries and viewings to reservations and completions.
  • Offering excellent customer service, building rapport with clients, and providing clear guidance on the shared ownership scheme.
  • Conducting site tours and show home viewings with prospective buyers.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to both clients and the team.
  • Representing the company in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

About You:

  • Proven experience in shared ownership sales is essential.
  • Experience in new homes sales is required.
