TSA Surveying is seeking Stock Condition Surveyors for a 3-month contract in North London, starting as soon as possible.
The role involves conducting surveys on various properties using a tablet device and asset management software.
This position is outside of IR35 and offers competitive pay per survey for houses, flats, and blocks.
Candidates will survey over 500 properties located in Barnet, North London, with a large property list provided.
Full training and senior surveyor shadowing will be offered, although specific salary and years of experience required are not mentioned.

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 3 MONTH contract STARTING ASAP in North London.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.

Outside IR35 role
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats and Blocks - Very Good Rates
Over 500 properties to be surveyed
Properties located in Barnet, North London.
Large property list provided.
Full training provided/ senior surveyor shadowing.
