Sonic Summary

TSASurveying is seeking Stock Condition Surveyors and EPC Assessors for a 5-month contract starting in late January or early February.
The role is outside IR35 and offers payment per survey for houses, flats, and blocks, with guaranteed access and accompanied visits.
Surveying will be conducted on a tablet device using asset management software, covering over 50,000 properties from Plymouth to Newcastle.
Candidates must be qualified DEA and willing to travel across the UK, with booked appointments provided by the client.
A basic DBS is required, and expenses for mileage and accommodation will be paid.

TSASurveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appointStock Condition Surveyors and EPC ASSESSORSon a5 MONTH CONTRACT starting LATE JAN/EARLY FEB.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software
