Junior Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager Step-up - c£38k + Bonuses & package

We’re working with a well-established (30 years), highly regarded, independent, multi office one stop-shop property services group whose in-house specialists cover Block Management, Asset Management, Surveying, Legal and Agency.

Within their successful, friendly and highly motivated block management team they now have an opportunity for a competent Assistant Property Manager / Junior Property Manager to step up and "spread their wings" as follows:

  • Managing a small, trouble free (ideal starter) portfolio comprising c350 units
  • Working office based to start, moving to a hybrid set up (1 day from home) once settled
  • Blocks are RMC and Freeholder, all are in good order with excellent working relationships and healthy finances
  • You will undertake the full range of duties from budgets to insurance, inspections to major works in addition to regular site visits and AGM’s as required
  • Proactivity, customer care and accountability are VITAL as demonstrated by the highly incentivised package enabling £45-50k OTE
  • Drawing on in-house expertise relating to legal, surveying and finance as appropriate
  • Highly incentivised remuneration including bonuses for in-house work referrals (legal, survey etc.), positive google reviews / customer feedback and profit share (£5-15k achievable on average)

Suitable Assistant Property Managers / Junior Property Managers will come from a stable career background, have 2-3 years’ experience and be motivated to proactively manage blocks in order to retain valued clients through exceeding expectation.

In addition to a starting basic salary around £38k, the successful Assistant Property Manager / Junior Property Managers will enjoy a generous holiday allowance (which includes a 2 week Christmas shutdown), incentives enabling OTE in excess of £45k, support for IRPM qualification and a genuine career path.
