What You'll DoAs the Assistant Estate Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting the Estate Manager with the smooth running of the development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resident Support: Acting as a friendly and approachable first point of contact for leaseholders, handling basic queries and escalating more complex issues to the Estate Manager.
- Daily Operations Assistance: Supporting the Estate Manager in resolving day-to-day issues on the site, including maintenance and operational tasks.
- Site Inspections: Assisting with regular site walks to identify and report issues requiring attention.
- Administrative Tasks: Helping to maintain accurate records, manage correspondence with residents, and support general estate administration.
- Contractor Coordination: Assisting in liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure works are carried out efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the Estate Manager and onsite team to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
You are eager to learn and grow in the field of estate management. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle administrative tasks with attention to detail. Experience in a customer-facing or property-related role is a bonus, but not essential.
