Assistant Estates Manager

London (EC4M) Full-time role

A top 500 law firm is seeking an Assistant Estates Manager to join their Estates Management team in London. In this role, you will manage workplace services such as building maintenance, health & safety compliance, and oversee Front of House, security, and reprographics. Collaborating closely with the Regional Property and Workplace Manager, you will ensure smooth operations and exceptional client service. Full time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm)

Key Responsibilities:

You will maintain high service standards, oversee staff training, and manage relationships with contractors. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for budgeting, invoicing, and preparing for audits while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a Team Leader role within a legal or financial environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. IWFM and ISOH qualifications are desirable but not required. The firm offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
