Assistant Property Manager - Central London (3 days WFH) - c£35k

We’re working with a long-established, highly regarded firm of Chartered Surveyors who specialise in the management of high end flats across Belgravia, Chelsea and Mayfair.

Within their Property Management team, they now seek to hire an additional Assistant Property Manager as follows:

  • Working 3 days from home, 2 from office/sites
  • Office is based in a very central London location, incredibly well served by numerous tube and railway stations
  • Assisting the wider property management team with their portfolio, all high end and well run with no major issues
  • Undertaking a wide range of duties relating to budgets, insurance, contractors and major works
  • Attention to detail ESSENTIAL - the blocks managed are prime with knowledgeable and engaged lessees and directors
  • Strong focus on H&S and Risk Management, so an excellent opportunity to gain solid experience in this element of the sector
  • Genuine career path with investment in training/qualification, leading from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager status over time
