Cobalt is looking for an Assistant Property Manager for a prestigous estate in the heart of London's West End. A mixture of commercial offices and retail space nestled in between a bustling atmosphere of bars, restaurants, and leisure amenities, the estate is full of character and history and is seeking the caliber of Assistant Property Manager to match the development.

You'll find yourself working as part of a forward-thinking facilities function, working with one of the best-known real estate businesses the UK has to offer, who have an enviable track record in developing their staff and promoting them from within.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting with the daily total facilities management throughout the property;

  • Carrying out site inspections;

  • Assisting with the management of contractors, taking autonomy for set service lines as part of your development;

  • Deputising for the Estate Manager where necessary;

  • Assisting with setting and managing the service charge budgets;

  • Ensuring full H&S compliance on-site, arranging regular risk assessments and audits;

  • Assisting with the management of the planned and reactive maintenance programme for the estate, covering both the building plant and fabric.

Our client is looking for someone with an established base of experience within a total FM role, but who is looking to step up and challenge themselves with a view to taking their facilities and estate management career to the next level. Prior real estate experience is essential, whilst an IOSH would be desirable. Equally important will be your customer engagement abilities.
