Lettings Assistant Property Manager. OUR CLIENT is an established and well-funded international real estate investment and asset management firm, who have amassed an impressive array of real estate assets. Now the Client is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to be mainly office based and assist the Property Manager in running a small privately owned residential portfolio of AST flats in Central London.

THE ROLE:

Tenant/Resident Relations:

  • Handling check ins and check outs.
  • Investigating and resolving resident complaints.
  • Enforcing occupancy policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining timely communications with residents and tenants.
  • Attending occasional site inspections.

Maintenance:

  • Monitoring and completing maintenance and repairs cost-effectively and implement preventative maintenance.
  • Ensuring security and health & safety requirements are in place.
  • Organising incoming and outgoing inspections and preparing inspection reports.

Financial:

  • Preparing and distributing monthly rental statements.
  • Ensuring timely payments and collections on rents and bills.
  • Uploading schedule expenditures onto Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Checking and paying invoices.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records.

THE PERSON: To apply for this role, you will:

  • Experience of working on a residential AST property portfolio.
  • Working knowledge of property contracts and lease agreements.
  • Working knowledge of building and grounds maintenance
  • Understanding of accounting and financial principle.
