An established and highly successful estate agency in Canary Wharf is looking for an experienced Sales Valuer to join its thriving sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales valuations, business generation, and negotiation, looking to take the next step in their career. My client is a fast-growing and innovative London estate agency with offices across London and abroad. Initially specialising in New Homes, they have since expanded to offer a full range of services, assisting clients in buying, selling, letting, renting, and investing across the capital.
Role Overview:
Carry out market appraisals and valuations, advising clients on pricing strategies based on market conditions.
Drive new business, securing instructions through networking and strong client relationships.
Manage a varied portfolio, ensuring vendors receive expert guidance and top-level service.
Negotiate offers and ensure adherence to agreed fee structures.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the local market, new developments, and area trends.
Support the wider sales team in delivering results and achieving ambitious targets.
What's Required:
Proven experience in a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer role.
Strong ability to generate new business and win instructions.
Knowledge of conveyancing and sales progression.
