A boutique Property Agency based in South West London are looking for a new Block Manager to join a busy team going from strength to strength. They are looking for ambitious Block Manager to play a key role in managing some of the most exciting properties in London.

This is an ideal job for someone who may be already working in property, possibly in lettings management, and who wants to move into property or block management full-time. The successful candidate would be joining a very inclusive and experienced property team with full training and mentoring.

As the successful Block Manager, you will be responsible for:

路 Management of a buildings/estates portfolio, including regular site inspections.

路 Set and manage the service charge budgets as well as year-end accounts.

路 Liaise with key stakeholders, building a valuable rapport.

路 Awareness of legal notices including Section 20.

路 Oversee contractors, ensuring they have the correct permits to work

路 Ensuring portfolio is continuously compliant and up to date with relevant leasehold legalities, fire regulations etc.

路 Dealing with leaseholder's enquiries.

路 Managing contractors and visiting sites to compile schedules of works.

路 Meeting new clients to arrange new business & support the letting team generally.

路 Dealing with insurance renewals/claims and any major client works.

路 Attend occasional client meetings out of normal working hours.

As the successful Block Manager, the ideal candidate will have:

路 Four years' experience of property experience.

路 AIRPM/MIRPM qualified (Ideal).

路 Clean UK Driving License.

路 Experience of property management software (Qube and Blocks Online)
