We are currently seeking a dedicated Commercial Kitchen Cleaner for a high-end food preparation area in a prestigious luxury department store in Knightsbridge & Belgravia, the name of the company will revealed upon successful passing of your interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial kitchen areas, including food preparation zones, storage spaces, and dining areas.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards as outlined by the FCA Food Standards Agency.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to meet cleaning needs and schedules.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cleaning commercial kitchens is essential.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Valid right to work documents and recent DBS paperwork are required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
