Our client is looking for a Deputy Property Manager to support the very welcoming senior team in delivering excellent property management services across a large estate comprising of shops, restaurants, cafés and a gym. The role will consist of strong accurate administration support to the team and you will take responsibility for the smooth running of the office. In terms of the estate management responsibilities you will understand retail sales and campus footfall systems and produce monthly reports for the team. Conduct regular audits of estate areas and flag any issues. Deal with tenders and procurement guidelines when required. Deal with Contractors really varied interesting role.

You will have previous facilities/property management experience, strong admin skills, well developed IT skills with time management and interpersonal skills and if you has IOSH that would be great.
