Role Overview

We are the UK's leading team of highly specialised property management consultants collaborating with developers & landlords on some of the UK’s most iconic and high-profile mixed-use projects.Working to support Consultancy Directors, you will learn how to be a property management consultant spanning the Development, Property and Asset Management worlds; contributing towards the delivery of a range consultancy services from complex mobilisations, to Design for Management and designing best in class Estate and Building Management Strategies. We create and benchmark complex service charges, transitioning capex budgets, produce management plans and occupier handbooks. We have the unique position of being embedded within the Savills Property management business, with industry leading expertise, data and innovation at our disposal.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of all consultancy and mobilisation workstreams
  • Identify and support the perusal of new business opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to introduce further Savills business opportunities to existing clients
  • Contribute to general team and divisional business initiatives in line with the business strategy.
  • Prepare fee proposals, manage personal fee billings and fee debt.
