Branch Manager £30,000 - £35,000 basic. OTE £65,000 Herne Hill
We’re looking for a highly motivated Branch Manager - Estate Agent to help lead our fantastic residential sales team in Herne Hill, South London. This is a great opportunity for a proven Manager or an established Estate Agent looking for progression and to step in to your first branch management appointment in residential sales. This is a branch that can give you the platform to excel as a manager, grow market share and develop your career.
Duties will include:
- Grow income and volume of new Sales business to the branch
- Appraisal and instruction of residential sales properties
- Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division
- Accountable to quality of customer care
- Meet and exceed targets for Sales business
- Register, qualify and manage applicants
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property sales
- To work in accordance with all legal and regulatory obligations without exception
- Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties
- To implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies
- Develop branch Market Share
- Carry out monthly one-to-ones with staff
Skills required:
- Previous Senior Sales experience within estate agency, with a proven track record of securing new business
- Listing and valuation experience
- Resilience, determination, and a strong closing ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- The ability to negotiate; driving behaviour by establishing need, and promoting adaptation from stakeholders party to a transaction
- Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed ,and to promote success across their team, and the Sales division
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
- Be responsive to change
- Technical proficiency, and the ability to use a range of reporting and customer experience focused tools
