    Role functions

  • Providing excellent customer service to support the management of residential properties
  • Managing contractors and arranging repair works
  • Arranging quotations
  • Managing on site and repairs issues
  • Managing lease administration
  • Dealing with legal correspondence in connection with properties
  • Composing e mails and management letters
  • Visits to properties along with the PM Experience needed
  • Two years similar experience( ideally within a property environment)
  • High levels of spoken and written English
  • Passion for the property industry
  • A level or equivalent
