Line Manager: Associate Director, West London, Monday to Friday 9-5,30, West London

Salary : £ 65,000 to £ 70,000KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The Estate Director is responsible for the efficient management of designated developments, ensuring high service standards through staff, contractor, and resource coordination. This role requires a proactive approach to estate operations, client relations, and compliance.Key Duties:Oversee asset management, ensuring contracts, risk assessments, and compliance tasks are effectively managed.Coordinate mobilisation processes, ensuring smooth transitions and seamless operational setup.Supervise financial operations, including service charge budgets, expenditure monitoring, and financial reporting.Lead team management by overseeing recruitment, training, performance reviews, and succession planning.Establish and maintain strong client relationships, facilitating regular meetings, reporting, and responding to client needs.Ensure health & safety compliance, conducting regular audits and implementing best practices.Manage service contracts, ensuring quality standards, KPI's reviews, and cost-effectiveness.PERSON SPECIFICATION:We seek an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering operational excellence.
