£45,800 Per Annum plus out of hours at additional cost

Skilled Estate Manager, with at least 3 years of previous direct experience, required to manage this large exclusive residential development in Canary Wharf.  The Estate Manager’s duties will supervise, lead and train the Concierge team and cover the reception desk whenever required, carry out regular inspections of the site and identify and log any maintenance, cleaning and Health & Safety issues, liaise with the Cleaning Supervisor to ensure good housekeeping of the development, oversee the safekeeping of apartment keys and communal fobs, prepare reports for senior management meetings, and be available out of hours as and when required.  The Estate Manager should have strong verbal & written communication, the ability to work under pressure and balance priorities, a good understanding of Health and Safety processes, good administration skills, be results driven, self-motivated, confident and diplomatic.  Knowledge surrounding Energy Centres/Locale Portal/Leisure Facility’s/Building Safety is desired.
