Working Hours - Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730

Salary – £46,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Your working environment?Coronation Square is a stunning new build estate situated in Leyton, partially still under mobilisation and growing. At present we have beautiful high specification apartments across 8 buildings including some high-rise blocks and a community centre and nursery.

What makes a brilliant Estate Manager at Rendall & Rittner?

  • You’ll be an experienced residential estate manager who has a demonstrated track record in managing leasehold buildings.
  • You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
  • You are responsible for ensuring statutory compliance across your estate and have good all-round knowledge across the Building Safety Act, FRA, GRA, Legionella, LOLER etc.
  • You’ll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
  • You’ll have experience managing staff and relevant employment related issues.
  • You have overseen external contractors, property maintenance and major works. You’ll have good knowledge of M&E and the ability to utilise our contractors to ensure value, quality and speed of works.
  • You’ll have good understanding of plant rooms, managing PPM schedules and carrying out visual inspections of the equipment.
  • It is desirable if you have existing mobilisation experience and what it takes to set a building live, having put together PPM’s, managed contracts, understanding of O&M’s etc.
  • You’re always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results.
  • Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
  • You’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage and inspire others.
