BDS are recruiting for an Estates Officer/Handy Person in London W6.
This role is with an organisation whose misson is to deliver excellent quality homes for ove 130,000 residents across the UK.
The role is a Temporary onoing position working Monday to Friday, you willnot be office based and instead out travelling from site to site in a fleet van making vital repairs to the clients properties.
Main duties will include but not be limited to:
- Meet Fire Risk Assessment targets by carrying out both scheduled and emergency clearances of items from communal hallways.
- Transporting goods to store and arranging safe storage
- Making repairs across a varied range of properties
The Candidate:
- Full driving licence is essential
- Have experience of working in a similar role
- Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety Legislation
- Be able to undertake manual handling activities
- A problem Solver
