My client is a boutique Wealth Management firm with a niche focus on Estate planning for their HNW clients.
Due to restructure, they are looking for an Estate Planning Administrator to join their small, friendly team in London. The role is being offered on a hybrid basis and after training/induction will become 2 days in the office and 3 days WFH.
Key responsibilities will be Onboarding new clients onto the CRM system, managing client agreement letters, chasing for letters of authority, scanning and photocopying clients documents and legal documents and dealing with the post. Supporting document management within the office, these are related to the estate planning service they offer, bundling documents for filling, once a case is completed and liaising with 3rd party providers
Thie role would suit a bright and articulate candidate with excellent communication skills and who has gained some experience in wills, trusts and or estate planning administration.
