Our client is a provider of outsourced property management services operating nationwide. With a head office in Angel, they are looking for a commercial leader to oversee the branch activity.
Description
The successful General Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and develop the London team in optimising team performance.
- Developing and executing ambitious strategic plans to ensure growth in profitable revenues and market share in the London region.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Fire Safety and Health & Safety regulations and best practices in property management and security.
- With P&L accountability for the London Region, Manage budgets, financial performance and operational efficiency.
- To work closely with the Sales Director in delivering sales growth for the London region and to support the London sales team in achieving both Property Management and Security sales targets.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients such as property owners, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Accomplish Branch objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching and counselling.
- Meeting Branch sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Job Offer
