Head of Estates

Venn Group are currently working with an NHS organisation based in London to recruit for a Head of Estates

Duration: 6 months

Location: London, 1 day a week working from home

The successful candidate will:

Oversee teams of Engineers, Builders, Supervisors and Estates Managers
Be the technical lead for the trust, offering knowledge and support
Ensure KPIS and SLAs are met within the estates department
Oversee the HTM and PAM compliance
Be responsible for the Estates yearly budget
Influence strategic vision within the department and implement policies

The successful candidate will have:

Experience in an estates focused operational role
NHS experience
Strong knowledge of HTMs
Experience managing large budgets
