Deputy / Assistant Property Manager - Client side (Major Developer / Housing Association) - home/site based - c£32k + Benefits

We’re working with the in-house management arm of one of the UK’s largest Developers & Housing Associations, responsible for the design and build of communities UK wide.

A rare opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Property Manager to join their in-house Property Management team as follows:

  • Working mostly home based (2-3 days home, the remainder visiting sites and once per month in a central London head office)
  • Assisting the Senior Property Manager with the management of 2 large new build developments located in Woolwich and Kennington
  • Focused on outstanding customer service, dealing with daily resident and contractor matters face to face, via email, telephone and formal letter
  • Involvement in service charge matters, major works projects and insurance alongside the full range of other leasehold management tasks
  • Visiting the 2 x sites on a weekly basis to ensure excellent resident interaction and contractor standards
  • Outstanding career path and job security with a genuine focus on resident care and quality management
  • Driving license/car beneficial but not essential - all sites are easily accessed via public transport

Suitable Assistant Property Manager applicants will need 2 years leasehold experience, a stable career history, a desire to progress their career long term and outstanding communication skills.

Salary will start around £32k with an extensive benefits package including generous pension, healthcare and annual leave entitlement.
