PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR St John’s Wood, NW8Salary: £30K - 40k DOE An exciting opportunity for an experienced PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR to join a successful independent estate agent in a fantastic St Johns Wood location. Our client, an independent and family-run estate agency business, is looking to recruit a standout ADMINISTRATOR with a minimum of 2 YEAR’S EXPERIENCE in Estate Agency. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset to support our client’s real estate operations. Experience in ESTATE AGENCY, is a must for the progress of this application. Based in a newly refurbished St Johns Wood office, the successful candidate will benefit from a warm and friendly working environment just steps away from Regents Park and St John’s Wood High Street. Key responsibilities for this role include: 
  • Receipting rental funds and client monies
  • Client account reconciliation, tracking income and expenditure
  • Raising statements for landlords
  • Invoice processing and credit management
  • Updating internal income reports
  • Handling landlord account enquiries
 General Admin: 
  • General admin to the office daily function assisting admin team
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and renewal agreements
  • Registering My Deposits
  • Dealing with maintenance requests for managed properties
  • Liaising with Landlords and the accounts department
  • Creating weekly reports
  • Help organise canvassing
  • Business generation activities
  • Supporting Sales team
 Skills: 
  • Experience using Alto (preferred) or similar Real Estate CRM software (Jupix, Reapit, etc)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask and achieve KPI's
  • Excellent organisational skills
