This private client property specialist is currently looking to recruit an energetic and proactive Lettings and Property Manager to join their experienced and dynamic team based in the vibrant Belgravia area.
They offer discerning property buyers and owners a comprehensive range of property services tailored to their needs, delivered by a highly experienced and dedicated team. Their industry knowledge and relationships within the marketplace enable them to provide their clients with clear, impartial, expert guidance delivered with an exceptional level of service, common sense and good humour.
Responsibilities will include:
• Market appraisals, overseeing marketing, handling feedback, negotiating offers• Preparing properties for market, arranging photos, floor plans, EPCs• Tenant referencing, drafting ASTs, arrange inventories, processing deposits, overseeing the move in• Responding to enquires and carrying out property viewings• Routine property inspections, annual safety checks, updating utilities• Handing AML and dealing with due diligence• Overseeing maintenance issues, decoration and repairs using appropriate contractors• Overseeing move outs & negotiating deposit deductions• Liaising between clients, tenants, contractors, agents and other parties• Keeping data up to date on software systems.
Skills & knowledge:
• Residential property or high-end hospitality / service industry experience• Exceptional Service, reliability, common sense & positive can-do attitude• Enthusiastic, hardworking & self-motivated with good attention to detail• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Strong IT literacy• Strong interpersonal skills and good at building working relationships• An excellent team player who enjoys working in a small team but is also able to work on their own• Able to prioritise workload and multi-task.
The salary package for this role will include a basic between £28,000 and £35,000 dependent on experience and qualifications, plus bonuses!
