Lettings and Sales Administrator - Hampstead, NW3A successful property company is looking for a passionate, committed, hardworking and capable Lettings and Sales Administrator based in Hampstead, NW3As a Lettings and Sales Administrator, you must be able to handle your own workload, keep on top of any issues and priorities jobs as necessary.Key tasks of this role include:

  • Answering phones
  • Registering applicants and booking viewings (when we are out of the office)
  • Preparing and sending terms of business
  • Completing AML checks
  • Preparing and sending memorandum of sales and sale agreed letters
  • Preparing invoices
  • Carrying out property checks and safety checks prior to tenants moving in
  • Assisting our property management department as and when needed

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

  • Proven track record in property administration would be beneficial
  • Candidates should have a minimum of one-two years’ administrative experience
  • Must have an excellent telephone manner, be very presentable as it’s a front of house position.
  • Should be confident, well-presented and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • This role involves working under pressure therefore candidates must be able to multi-task.
  • Must have a driving license.
