Due to a Consistent high volumes of business, our clients are looking for a well-seasoned Business Development/Listing Manager to join their team. The role involves securing all lettings instructions from the database and handling incoming valuations via phone and email daily.Our client is seeking someone with a strong track record in driving results and bringing in business. While their approach is teachable, the candidate must have hunger and experience.The position offers 10% fees on all stock passed to lettings and sales. In a challenging market, sales can achieve £750k to £1m, while lettings can reach £1.5m. An average BD Associate / Manager will bank £300k for the company a year so 30k comms, a good one £600k.
