Are you an experienced Sales Manager with a passion for driving results and achieving full occupancy at optimal rental rates? A market leading student accommodation provider are seeking a motivated and strategic individual to join their team, playing a crucial role in ensuring their student accommodation properties thrive in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to secure lettings in challenging areas.
- Inform and shape agent strategies, identifying potential new partnerships.
- Assist with key KPI reporting and contribute to board-level presentations.
- Collaborate with senior management to create and review the annual sales strategy.
- Input into pricing decisions and ensure comparative data is consistently updated.
- Manage the sales budget and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and overcome obstacles to lettings, developing effective solutions.
- Collaborate on process adaptations throughout the year.
The ideal candidate for this role will hold an ARLA qualification and boast 4+ years experience in residential lettings.
