They are at a pinnacle stage of growth and are now seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join the dynamic team in Wimbledon.This rare opportunity would suit an individual who has a keen interest in the property sector or has been working in Lettings or Sales for 6 months. The company provide over 300 hours of exceptional training and mentoring in the first year which can lead to fast-track progression and growth.Your responsibilities as Lettings Negotiator will include the following:
- Liaising with applicants and landlords.
- Working in a dynamic team to achieve monthly targets.
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers.
- Delivering a high level of customer service.
The Lettings Negotiator will be rewarded with the following:
- Basic salary £20,000.

Required Skills:
- A full clean driving license.
- A keen interest in property.
- Experience working as part of a team to achieve business goals.
