The Role
This Estate Agency near Finsbury Park in North London is looking for a current Lettings Negotiator, or someone looking to become a Lettings Negotiator. Characteristics is more important than anything to succeed.
Those characteristics? A team player, presentable, deliver great customer service, have strong communication skills (written and verbal), adaptable, and good time-management.

They are a successful multi-branched estate agent in North London who have been established for years and are highly-trusted.

What to expect
- Vet and register new tenants
- Organise and conduct viewings
- Feedback to Landlords
- Negotiate offers
- Liaise with the Sales, Tenancy, and Property Management teams
Package
- £18k - £20k basic and £37k OTE (depending on experience) in Y1
- Travel costs covered
- Mon - Thurs 9am - 6.30, Fri6pm finish. Saturdays 9am-4pm
- 5 day working week (each Saturday is worked but you get a day-in-lieu)
- 21 days + bank holidays
- Team socials (team bonding is important)
