  • Register and qualify applicants to match them with ideal rental properties
  • Arrange and carry out viewings across a strong portfolio of premium flats
  • Manage the entire lettings process from offer to move-in
  • Negotiate deals and exceed individual and team targets
  • Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants alike
  • Stay informed on lettings legislation and industry standards

  • Proven experience in residential lettings (Negotiator or Senior level)
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding performance targets
