Our Award winning client are looking for an experienced Mandarin speaking Property Manager to join their centre in Hampstead

As well as 22 London based branches, they also have offices in China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Middle East, Pakistan, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand and Turkey where many of their investor clients reside.

They are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in property management, ready to step into a key position and drive excellence from day one.

Key Responsibilities:Manage c. 150 residential propertiesManaging scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance.Doing mid-term inspections.Organising and conducting check outs and inventoriesBuild strong relationships with tenants, landlords and contractorsOrganising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing works orders and obtaining invoicesEnsuring property compliance such as EICR’s, gas safety and EPC certificationsDealing with deposit disputes.Organising tenancy paperwork.Getting involved in serving section notices as requiredSupporting the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewalsGeneral Property Manager duties.Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 3 years+ experience in Property Management
  • Strong customer service and administration experience
  • Willingness to learn new skills and get stuck in
  • Confident and approachable attitude
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
  • Strong IT skills
