Part Time Property Administrator Finchley£20:00-£23:00 per hour Our client is a small, family run property company who manage a vast residential and commercial property portfolio. We are recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to join their team. This position is 4 days a week, 26-28 hours and is fully office based. Candidates applying should possess strong IT skills (Excel in particular) and be highly numerate in order to be considered for this role.Key Responsibilities:* Administrative support to Directors * Liaising with tenants, providing strong client services skills * Dealing with incoming calls and emails relating to property maintenance* Liaising with contractors, arranging repairs and collating compliance documentation (training provided) * Entering rental income from daily bank statements using Microsoft Excel * Reconciling rent payments and bank transactions* Reviewing invoices due for payment and updating on in-house system * Collating information for VAT submissions* General administration support to the team Key Skills:* Excellent communication skills * Strong IT skills (Excel) - essential * Strong numeracy skills - essential * Attention to detail* Team playerExperience within the property or real estate sectors is desirable however not essential.
