This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, has a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a Prime Property Manager to join their established team, managing a portfolio of prime properties across Kensington and Notting Hill Gate.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the company’s landlords and tenants receive an effective, customer focused property management service during their tenancy.

To be considered you should have previous property management experience within a prime central London based estate agency, as well as exceptional communication and organisational skills. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Handling day to day property maintenance issues including utility bills• Planned maintenance• Invoice management and processing• Reporting to landlord and tenant• Organising safety certification and remedial works• Negotiating and distributing deposits• Complying with the Employee Handbook including your Health and Safety responsibilities• Complying with all current legislation affecting the business• Ensuring all management systems are kept up to date and maintained• Visiting the property before and during the tenancy• Delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Personal specification:

• Have at least 1 years’ property management experience within prime central London• Ideally be ARLA/NFoPP qualified• Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc• Have an ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively• Be adaptable and a good team player• To have a strong work and service "ethic"• Excellent written and communication skills• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team• Strong organisational skills• Meticulous attention to detail• Happy to take the initiative, responsibility and ownership• Confident in dealing with clients• Have the desire to exceed clients and customers expectations• Have a 'can do’ attitude and adopt a proactive approach.

The salary on offer for this role will be ÂŁ40,000, plus a quarterly discretionary bonus enabling you to earn in the region of ÂŁ45,000-ÂŁ46,000 per annum
