Property & Lettings Coordinator £38,000-£42,000 North London A leading and well-established property company located in North London are seeking an experienced Property & Lettings Coordinator to join its successful team. With an outstanding reputation in the property market, our client is dedicated to providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants. This position offers the opportunity for progression and ample opportunity to learn more about the property industry. Duties will include: * Working closely with the Director * Efficiently manage and administer a portfolio of properties* Act as the main contact for landlords, tenants, and team members during active tenancies* Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and legal obligations* Handle invoices, supplier payments, and insurance claims promptly* Perform property visits, manage tenant issues and organise inventory checkouts* Negotiate tenancy renewals and process legal notices* Provide outstanding customer service and support to team members* Office management duties * Keep updated with legislation and best practices regarding lettingsThe ideal Candidate will have: * Experience in Property/lettings * Excellent communication and organisational skills* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines* Strong numeracy skills * Strong IT skills including Excel * Team player with a professional appearance and approachIf you are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and looking for a new challenge in the Property Sector , please apply now!
