Are you passionate about property management and delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a proactive Property Administrator to support our tenants throughout their journey, from move-in to move-out. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance, managing property viewings, and efficiently resolving any issues with care.Key Responsibilities- Ensure all tenants comply with Licence Agreements- Promptly follow up on any unpaid Licence Fees through calls or visits- Issue warning letters and notices for non-compliance- Respond to inquiries and complaints via email, phone, and our online system- Maintain accurate records of all Property Visits & Compliance- Conduct property inspections and address any raised issues- Collaborate with the Head of Welfare on incident management- Enforce compliance by issuing warnings or fines for breaches  - Move-In & Move-Out Management- Oversee tenants' departures, ensuring timely room clearance and inspection- Viewings & Placement (Secondary Responsibilities)- Organise and manage property viewings, including promotional mail-outs- Handle Spare Room ad campaigns and respond to inquiries- Update viewing schedules- Conduct property viewings, clearly explaining the guardianship process

 Essential Skills & Experience:- Customer Service: Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role- Tenant Management: Previous experience working with tenants- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel- Detail-Oriented: Highly organised with a keen eye for detail

 Desirable, But Not Essential:- Knowledge of property law, mediation, and debt collection- Familiarity with the Property Guardianship model- Experience managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases- Good knowledge of London & transport networks- Willingness to occasionally work non-standard hoursThis is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced team where you can make a real impact.
