Property Administrator - Notting Hill - £25-28k to start depending on experience

We’re working with a long-established, independent, multi-generational family owned and run property management company based in West London.

Overseeing leasehold flats within blocks across London, they now seek a Property Administrator for an entry level/supporting property management role as follows:

  • Working office based, in Notting Hill, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (moving to hybrid working after 1 years’ service)
  • Supporting the property management team
  • Responding to resident enquiries by phone, email and hard copy post
  • Relaying calls, emails and messages to appropriate in house team members
  • Updating resident, property and account records using the in-house system (QUBE) to reflect actions undertaken
  • Organising repairs and maintenance via approved contractors
  • Sending invoices to residents, chasing up late payments as required
  • Any and all other ad-hoc administrative tasks relating to Property Management, completed in a timely fashion with quality service in mind at all times
  • 1 years previous property industry experience

The successful Property Administrator will gain property management insight and training on the job with a view to progressing their career to Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager status over time.

Salary for the successful Property Administrator will start at up to £28k with reviews and uplifts based on length of service and progression.
